By booking and attending an event at DUO London, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings and events are event-led and non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure a space. Cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
Please inform us at least 48 hours before your reservation if you wish to cancel or amend the number of guests in your party. (Increases in party size are subject to availability.)
If you and your guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of your booking time, your space may be released to walk-in guests. Entry for late arrivals cannot be guaranteed.
Venue Policies
DUO London is strictly an Over 18 venue. Valid physical I.D. is required for all guests.
We operate a strict No I.D, No Entry policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please be prepared to show proof of age.
We reserve the right to request identification and to refuse entry.
Any person found in possession of, using, or distributing drugs will be removed from the premises and reported to the police.
External food or drinks are not permitted inside the venue.
Seating & Groups
Our tables are designed for larger groups. Parties of 8 or fewer may be required to share with another group.
On busier nights, you may be allocated both seating and standing space in our bar areas. If you require a full table with seating for all guests, please contact us in advance.
For brunch and lunch reservations on weekends, tables must be returned by 5pm (unless otherwise stated). Guests wishing to stay later may be subject to a minimum spend.
Event & Service Guidelines
Our events are designed to be immersive and lively. Please note that line-ups and event details are subject to change without notice.
Our last drinks service is 30 minutes before closing. All guests must vacate the premises by closing time.
We want all our guests to enjoy themselves – please drink responsibly and treat staff and other guests with respect.
Rights of Admission
DUO London reserves the right of admission at all times.
Guests behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful will be refused entry or removed from the premises.
We follow good hygiene practices in our kitchens. There are allergenic ingredients present in many of our dishes, and there is a small possibility that allergen traces could be found in any item. We advise you to always speak to a member of staff in our restaurants if you have any food allergies or intolerance.
We cannot guarantee the total absence of certain allergens in our foods and there may be a risk of cross contamination.
Ingredients can occasionally be substituted or changed so please review the allergy and intolerance information on our Allergy sheet.
